Dispatcher Lyon has been with our team since August of 2010. She received her DPSST Basic Telecommunicator Certification in July of 2011 and her DPSST Intermediate Telecommunicator Certification in April of 2017.
In addition to being our senior dispatcher, Katie fills the records clerk position with the department.
