2021 Pavement Overlay Project

On October 4th, our contractor Knife River Corporation began an extensive $500,000 paving project. They will do the asphalt work on the following roads: Kalmia Street (between 45th Avenue & 47th Avenue), 45th Avenue, 46th Avenue, 47th Avenue, 42nd Avenue south of Long Street, Locust Street & 54th Avenue, Larch Court, Locust Court, Vine Street, and Nandina Street between 54th Avenue and 56th Avenue. This activity is projected to be complete by October 20th.
