Mark Birkett
Officer Birkett joined our team in October of 2023. Officer Birkett originally received his basic police certification in the state of Indiana in 2005. His Oregon Basic Police Certification was granted in 2014, he received his Intermediate Police Certification in 2019 and his Advanced Police Certification in 2023.
