Resolution No. 18 for 1997 - Declaring the City's Election to Receive State Revenues

A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of sweet Home resolves as follows: Pursuant to ORS 221. 770, the City hereby elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year 1997-98. PASSED by the Council and approved by the Mayor this 24th day of June, 1997.
