A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING O.D.O.T. 1997 FUND EXCHANGE AGREEMENT FOR 1998 STREET OVERLAY PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Sweet Home City Council wishes to use the allotted money rather than forfeit the allocation of $33,688.
THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the Sweet Home City Council does hereby authorize the Mayor and the City Manager to sign and enter into O.D.O.T.'s Local Agency Fund Exchange Agreement.
PASSED by the Council and approved by the Mayor this 13th day of January, 1998.
