A RESOLUTION TO INSTALL STOP SIGNS ON AMES CREEK ROAD AT THE MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD INTERSECTION
WHEREAS, Sweet Home Municipal Code 10.04.030 provides that the City Council may, by resolution, establish or alter traffic and parking control; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee of the City of Sweet Home has considered and does recommend the following traffic controls be established,
THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That "stop" signs regulating traffic at Ames Creek Road and Mt. View Road be installed on the east and west sides of the intersection on Ames Creek Road, thereby designating this intersection a four-way stop, and be in full force and effect upon sign installation.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 22nd day of September 1998.
