Clark Mill Road Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project
Project Type:
Capital Project
Project Status:
Under Review
Location:
Sweet Home Plaza
Clark Mill Road
Sweet Home,
OR
97386
See map: Google Maps
The Clark Mill Road Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project will design and construct pedestrian, bike, stormwater and roadway improvements on Clark Mill Road from Main St north to Zelkova St. Sidewalks and bike lanes will be constructed on both sides of the road, along with repaving of the existing road. Additional sidewalks and bike lanes on Clark Mill Road from Main Street south to Long Street will infill missing sidewalk portions and ensure connectivity between the Sweet Home's two major vehicle and pedestrian-use roadways. New pedestrian and roadway lighting will provide access to the City's largest park (Quarry Park) and to hundreds of acres of developing and developable land in the northern part of Sweet Home.
