Summary
An ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Manager of Sweet Home to enter into a contract with the Sweet Home Rural Fire Protection District, a municipal corporation, providing for the furnishing of Fire Protection to the Sweet Home Rural Fire District by the City of Sweet Home and repealing Ordinance No. 383, and providing that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
