Whereas, after proper notice and public hearing, as required by the Dangerous Buildings Ordinance No. 344, the City Council has found the structures on the lots owned by Forest Wodtli, and recorded in Volume 299, Page 380 of the Linn County Recorder's Office, to be dangerous.
