A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Sweet Home resolves as follows:
Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City hereby elects to receive State revenues for fiscal year 1999-2000.
PASSED by the Council and approved by the Mayor this 22nd day of June, 1999.
