A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT PERMIT SURCHARGE FEES FOR BUILDING CODES
WHEREAS, the City of Sweet Home is currently administering the building codes within the City, it is appropriate to set fees for various permits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective July 1, 1999, permit surcharge fees shall be increased to 7% in all program areas, i.e., structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, manufactured dwelling placement, etc., and shall be collected and remitted as provided in ORS 455.220.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 22nd day of June, 1999.
