A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY'S ELECTION TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of sweet Home resolves as follows:
Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City hereby elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year 1998-99.
PASSED by the Council and approved by the Mayor this 14th day of July, 1998.
