A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR NON-REPRESENTED GENERAL AND EMERGENCY SERVICES EMPLOYEES.

WHEREAS, the City of Sweet Home wishes to formally adopt a salary plan for its non-represented General and Emergency Services employees; and

WHEREAS, the city wishes to extend a 3% cost of living adjustment to these positions; and

WHEREAS, this cost of living adjustment has been included in the Adopted 1998-1999 Operating Budget for the City of Sweet Home.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SWEET HOME HEREBY RESOLVES:

That the attached salary schedules for Non-Represented General and Emergency Services positions are adopted effective July 1, 1998 for employees currently in the employ of the City.

PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 28th day of July 1998.
