Resolution No. 14 for 1999 - A Resolution to Install a "Stop" Sign on the Northwest Corner of 18th Avenue at Elm Street

A RESOLUTION TO INSTALL A "STOP" SIGN ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 18th AVENUE AT ELM STREET

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 380 provides that the City Council may, by resolution, establish or alter traffic and parking control; and

WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee of the City of Sweet Home has considered and does recommend the following traffic controls be established,

THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

That a "Stop" sign regulating traffic at 18th Avenue and Elm Street be installed on the northwest corner of the intersection, on 18th Avenue, and be in full force and effect upon sign installation.

PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 24th day of August 1999.
