Details
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR NON-REPRESENTED PART-TIME EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTED PERSONNEL.
WHEREAS, the City of Sweet Home wishes to formally adopt a salary plan for its non-represented part-time employees and contracted personnel; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to extend a 3% cost of living adjustment to these positions; and
WHEREAS, this cost of living adjustment has been included in the Adopted 1999-2000 Operating Budget for the City of Sweet Home.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF SWEET HOME HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the attached salary schedules for Non-Represented Part-time Employees and Contracted Personnel are adopted effective July 1, 1999 for employees currently in the employ of the City.
PASSED by the City council and approved by the Mayor this 14th day September 1999.
