Resolution No. 18 for 2000 - Setting Fees for Manufactured Dwellings & Cabana Installations within the Building Inspection Program

A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR MANUFACTURED DWELLINGS AND CABANA INSTALLATIONS WITHIN THE BUILDING INSPECTION PROGRAM

WHEREAS, the Sweet Home City Council has provided that fees for various permits for the City's Building Inspection Program should be established.

WHEREAS, for the purposes of this resolution, fees shall be reviewed annually, in accordance with ORS 455, and in such a time as to be recognized in this jurisdiction's annual budget, and

WHEREAS, permit fees are to be established for Manufactured Dwelling and Cabana Installations.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SWEET HOME CITY COUNCIL that the following listed attachment hereto:

• Manufactured Dwelling Permit Fees

Shall be part of the City of Sweet Home Building Official/Inspection documents for the establishment of appropriate fees for the period beginning August 1, 2000, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the State of Oregon fee structures shall be the document for the establishment of appropriate fees in their respective specialty areas.

It has been determined that these rates and fees are classified as not being subject to Oregon Constitution, Article XI, Section 11b limitations.

PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 11 th day of July, 2000.
