A RESOLUTION TO DESIGNATE CITY PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF IT.
WHEREAS, the City has determined there is no longer a use for the following city property:
Asset # 834 1981 CHEVRLOLET VAN
VIN# 1GCEG25D2B7137105
LICENSE# E167882
Asset #1040 MPH RADAR READER BOARD
Asset# 743 MPH S-80, K-BAND RADAR
WHEREAS, the City recognizes this property as surplus and available for public sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City of Sweet Home does hereby declare the property listed as surplus and available for public sale.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 22nd day of February 2000.
