A RESOLUTION TO INSTALL "STOP" SIGN ON ELM STREET AND 3rd AVENUE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 380 provides that the City Council may, by resolution, establish or alter traffic and parking control; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee of the City of Sweet Home has considered and does recommend the following traffic controls be established,
THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That a "Stop" sign regulating traffic at Elm Street and 3rd Avenue be installed on the northeast corner of the intersection and be in full force and effect upon sign installation.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 24th day of October, 2000.
