A RESOLUTION TO INSTALL SIGNAGE TO INDICATE NO PARKING LOADING ZONE FROM 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
WHEREAS, Sweet Home Municipal Code 10.04.030 provides that the City Council may, by resolution, establish or alter traffic and parking control; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee of the City of Sweet Home has considered and does recommend the following traffic controls be established,
THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That signs regulating parking at 605 Elm Street be installed on the south side of Elm Street in front of Oak Heights Elementary School, thereby designating this area as a ''No Parking Loading Zone" from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and be in full force and effect upon sign installation.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 22nd day of September 1998 .
