A RESOLUTION TO INSTALL A "NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER" SIGN AND YELLOW CURB ON 22ND AVENUE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 380 provides that the City Council may, by resolution, establish or alter traffic and parking control; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee of the City of Sweet Home has considered and does recommend the following traffic controls be established,
THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That a "No Parking Here to Corner" sign and yellow painted curb extending from the crosswalk at the intersection of 22nd Avenue and Mountain View Road 120 feet North on 22nd Avenue, and that yellow painted curb extending from the North culb of the Junior High School entrance driveway 20 feet North, be installed regulating traffic and parking, and be in full force and effect upon sign installation.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this lzth day of December, 2000.
