Resolution No. 26 for 1998 - A Resolution to Promote Traffic Safety on Juniper Street on the West Side of the 28th Avenue Intersection

A RESOLUTION TO PROMOTE TRAFFIC SAFETY ON JUNIPER STREET ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE 28th AVENUE INTERSECTION

WHEREAS, Sweet Home Municipal Code 10.04.030 provides that the City Council may, by resolution, establish or alter traffic and parking control; and

WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee and Public Works Committee of the City of Sweet Home has considered and does recommend the following traffic controls be established,

THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

That Public Works Department shall place barricades and signage as a closure procedure on Juniper Street at the west side of the 28th Avenue intersection until such time as Juniper Street is improved to City standards.

PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 10th day of November, 1998.
