A RESOLUTION TO PROMOTE TRAFFIC SAFETY ON 13TH AVENUE BETWEEN LONG STREET AND HIGHWAY 20
WHEREAS, Sweet Home Municipal Code 10.04.030 provides that the City Council may, by resolution, establish or alter traffic and parking control; and
WHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee of the City of Sweet Home has considered and does recommend the following traffic controls be established,
THE CITY OF SWEET HOME DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That the City of Sweet Home shall designate 13th Avenue a one-way street between Long Street and Highway 20, with traffic to flow northbound, and that Public Works will install proper signage and parking configurations and design street layout according to the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the President, Pro-Tern this 24th day of November, 1998.
