Resolution No. 3 for 1997 - Authorizing the Mayor to Sign Certain Lease Instruments with Cirtek Manufacturing

A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SWEET HOME, OREGON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 23 OF CHAPTER VI OF THE SWEET HOME MUNICIPAL CODE TO SIGN CERTAIN LEASE INSTRUMENTS BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SWEET HOME AND CIRTEK MANUFACTURING.

WHEREAS, the City of Sweet Home has constructed manufacturing facilities of approximately 10,000 square feet that includes office space and restroom facilities; and

WHEREAS, it is desirous for the City to lease these facilities in an effort to stimulate employment within the City of Sweet Home;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Sweet Home, Oregon, the Mayor is duly authorized to sign said lease instruments relating to the lease of the flexible manufacturing building owned by the city of sweet Home.

PASSED and approved by the city Council of the City of Sweet Home this 14th day of January, 1997.
