GREEN PETER DRAWDOWN PETITION
Dear Citizens of Sweet Home,
We are excited to share that the Court has granted our motion to intervene in the ongoing case. This means that the court will hear our case and consider changing or ending the drawdown for 2024. This does not mean that the drawdown is not happening, so it is imperative that they understand how devastating the drawdown is to our community. The court has also stated that our involvement has been limited to discussions concerning the Fall 2024 Drawdown. While this is a significant step forward, we believe it is crucial to have a say in future drawdowns as well.
To ensure our voices are heard about stopping this drawdown and our concerns about future drawdowns are considered, we are asking the Court to reconsider its decision. For this, we need your support. Please sign our petition to demonstrate the collective will of our community and the importance of our ongoing involvement.
PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION BY 5:00 PM TUESDAY, JULY 23RD IF YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO STOP ALL FUTURE DRAWDOWNS
**For a printable copy of the petition, open and print the PDF document below.
