Facilities & Fleet Maintenance

Facilities and Fleet Maintenance handles the following duties:

  • Building and facilities maintenance
  • Facility design / construction
  • Fleet management

Responsible parties for this Division include the Maintenance Superintendent, who directly supervises a Mechanic, Maintenance Workers, and various temporary workers - as many as five in the summer months.

Mission
Our mission is to build, maintain, operate, and manage City facilities while being responsible and accountable stewards of the City's facilities.

Additionally, we will provide timely, cost-effective, preventive maintenance of public infrastructure and equipment and assist other departments and divisions to jointly provide a safe, convenient, and healthy environment for the City of Sweet Home.
