USPS Delays Delivery of Paper Utility Bills

Please be aware that the paper copies of utility bills have not arrived due to recent United States Postal Service changes. 

We've made it safe and easy for you to view & pay your bill online. To register: Go to the https://sweethome.merchanttransact.com/ and follow instructions to enroll. Just click on the "Sign Up" button. You will need your email address, last name as it appears on your bill (all caps), and your account number to register. It's simple, quick, and safe. 

Any PAST DUE BALANCE must be paid in full by 5:00 pm on December 7, 2021, to avoid termination of service. 

To Enroll in Paperless Billing: Login to the site below and click on the "My Profile" tab to stop receiving paper bills. Select your account number, click "NO" under the "Paper Bill Receive a copy of your bill via mail." Next choose "YES" under "Electronic Bill Receive a copy of your bill via e-mail." then press "SAVE"
