Code Compliance Assistance Grant Program

The City of Sweet Home is proud to offer a grant program to provide reimbursement for low-income property owners who resolve eligible code violations, which include:

• Tall grass and weeds
• Open storage
• Accumulations of junk and trash
• Junk vehicles

Applicants may receive 50% of the cost of resolving the violation(s), up to a maximum of $500. This is a one-time grant award.
