System Development Charges
The City of Sweet Home is authorized by the State of Oregon to assess system development charges (SDCs), which is established through ORS 223.297-223.314. The current SDC methodology for its water, wastewater, stormwater, parks, and transportation systems was adopted by the Sweet Home City Council in 2021.
