Sweet Home Police Department Serve Search Warrant
SWEET HOME, Ore. January 10, 2020 — On Friday,01-10-2020 at approximately 9:30 am, Sweet Home Police Department with assistance from the Linn Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Lebanon Police Department served a narcotics related search warrant at 2225 Long Street, Sweet Home, Linn County, Oregon.
When law enforcement arrived they encountered 9 adults on the property.
During the investigation, detectives seized methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, scales, drug packaging material and US Currency.
Whitton, Robert Dean Age 63 was taken into custody for DCS-Methamphetamine Less than a 1000’ from a School and PCS-Methamphetamine. He was lodged at Linn County Jail.
Stafford, Amanda R Age 43. Charged with Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. Misdemeanor-Booked, cited and released.
Ballweber, Thomas W Age 35. Charged with Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. Misdemeanor-Booked, cited and released.
Robertson, James M Age 58. Charged with Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. Misdemeanor-Booked, cited and released.
Reeder, Jacob B Age 19. Charged with Placing an Offensive Substance in/on Water or Highway and Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree in connection with SHPD case number 2020-00208.
Ray, Michelle R Age 29. Charged with Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. Misdemeanor-Booked, cited and released. Ms. Ray was also charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm related to SHPD case number 2019-00210.
Godell, Nicholas G Age 35. charged with Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. Misdemeanor. Mr. Godell was also taken into custody for Albany Municipal Court Warrant for FTA-Theft 3rd Degree. Booked, cited and released at the issuing agencies request.
Richards-Armendarez, Heather E Age 39. Charged with Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold-Misdemeanor. Ms. Richards-Armendarez also taken into custody for Linn County Circuit Court Warrants for FTA-DWS, FTA-Assault 4, FTA PCS-Meth. Albany Municipal Court Warrant for FTA-Theft 3rd Degree and Lebanon Municipal Court Warrant for FTA-Criminal Cite. Booked, cited and released at the issuing agencies request.
A narcotics investigation was opened by the Sweet Home Police Department due to reported short stay traffic and disturbances frequently occurring at the residence. During the investigation, Detectives learned that numerous neighbors who reside in the area have complained regarding disturbances and frequent short stay traffic associated to the residence. This is the second narcotics-based search warrant to be executed at this residence in two years.
