Chief of Police
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Sweet Home Police Department's webpage. The site was created to provide our residents and visitors with information about the Department, its services, and to improve communication between the police department and the community
As Chief of Police, I assume the responsibility of ensuring that our community is provided with the best law enforcement and public safety services possible. Fortunately, I work with an extraordinary group that makes up one of the finest law enforcement agencies in the State. As a progressive and professional organization, we take pride in delivering the highest quality of service to Sweet Home.
As a police agency, we understand that we cannot do our job without community involvement. We take honor in being an agency that listens to the public’s concerns and I have made it my commitment to be responsive to the needs of the community. Our department works hard to build a strong trust with the community. We have a professional organization filled with employees who truly care about their jobs and their community. Our officers, dispatcher and civilian employees are proud of their police department and the community they serve.
We are proud to serve the residents and visitors of Sweet Home and realize that we have been entrusted with the safety and protection of your families and the community. If you have any concerns, comments or suggestions that may assist us in enhancing the quality of our service, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Jason Ogden
Chief of Police
