Sun Motel Death Investigation - 3

SWEET HOME, Ore. February 6, 2020 —   The deceased individual found Tuesday morning has been positively identified as Louis Ennis, a 77-year old resident of Sweet Home. The City of Sweet Home wishes to express our sincere condolences to the family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. We ask everyone in the community to please keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

On February 4^th, 2020, at approximately 10:50 a.m., the Sweet Home Police Department responded to a reported death at the Sun Motel, 3026 Main Street, Sweet Home, Oregon. Motel staff at that location said they had found a tenant in their room who was deceased.

When officers arrived at the location, they located a 77-year-old deceased male in the bathroom of his room.
The Sweet Home Police Department Detectives worked with the Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office. They determined that the male died of natural causes.
