Sweet Home Police Arrest Final Feb 9th Assault Suspect

SWEET HOME, Ore. March 30, 2022 — On Tuesday, March 29, 2022, the Sweet Home Police Department arrested the final suspect in the February 9th assault on a 13-year-old Sweet Home student. 
The suspect, Custin Jones, Jr., a 21-year-old male from the Albany area, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct 2, a misdemeanor, plus Assault 3 & Riot, which are Class C felonies. 
At this time, Custin Jones, Jr., is lodged at the Linn County Jail.
