Sweet Home Police Department Serve Narcotics-Related Search Warrant

On 08-14-19 at approximately 8:30 am, Sweet Home Police Department with assistance from the Lebanon Police Department and the Linn County Parole and Probation, served a narcotics-related search warrant at 1951 12th Avenue, Sweet Home, Linn County, Oregon.
 
When law enforcement arrived, they encountered 6 adults on the property. 
 
During the investigation, detectives seized heroin, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, scales, drug packaging material, stolen property, and surveillance equipment. 
 
Paul Landers, age 63, was taken into custody and charged with PCS-Heroin, Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property, Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold and Probation Violation. He was lodged at Linn County Jail.
 
Kendra Montoya, age 21, was taken into custody for PCS-Methamphetamine, PCS-Heroin, Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold and Probation Violation. She was lodged at the Linn County Jail. 
 
Dwayne Flesher, age 45, was taken into custody for Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. He was booked, cited, and released.
 
Chris Rowton, age 49, was taken into custody for PCS-Methamphetamine, Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold and Probation Violation. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
 
Cameron Wark, age 29, was taken into custody for Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. He was booked, cited, and released. Additional charges are also anticipated for Mr. Wark.
 
Tyler Price, age 29, was taken into custody for Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. He was booked, cited, and released. 
 
A narcotics investigation was opened by the Sweet Home Police Department due to reported short-stay traffic and disturbances frequently occurring at the residence and in the area.
