Sweet Home Police Department Serve Search Warrant
SWEET HOME, Ore. May 22, 2020, 2:20p.m. — On Friday, May 22nd, 2020 at approximately 9:00 a.m., the Sweet Home Police Department, the Lebanon Police Department, the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, and the Linn Interagency Narcotics Enforcement (LINE) Team served a narcotics-related search warrant at 1241 23rd Avenue #13, Sweet Home, Linn County, Oregon.
When law enforcement arrived, they encountered five adults on the property.
During the investigation, detectives seized methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, scales, drug packaging material, and stolen property.
37-year-old KC Everette Holt was taken into custody for PCS-Methamphetamine Misdemeanor. Due to COVID19 restrictions, he was booked, cited and released.
55-year-old Etta Holt was charged with PCS Methamphetamine Misdemeanor, and Frequenting a Place Drugs are Used/Sold. Due to COVID19 restrictions, she was cited and released.
63-year-old James Clayburn was taken into custody for PCS-Methamphetamine-Misdemeanor. Due to Covid19 restrictions, he was booked, cited and released.
30-year-old Cameron Wark was taken into custody for PCS-Methamphetamine Misdemeanor. Due to COVID19 restrictions, he was booked, cited and released.
54-year-old Matthew A Smith was taken into custody for PCS-Methamphetamine Misdemeanor and a Linn County Parole Violation warrant for PCS-Methamphetamine. He was lodged at the Linn County Jail.
The Sweet Home Police Department opened a narcotics investigation due to reported short-stay traffic and disturbances frequently occurring at the residence. Numerous neighbors have made complaints regarding the short-stay traffic and suspicious activity associated with the apartment. During the investigation, detectives and officers recovered stolen property and evidence related to a recent burglary that occurred at Sweet Home Gleaners.
